The ATEX approved, Quint 4 diode from Phoenix contact is the ideal choice in the easy decoupling of power supplies as the DIN Rail diode module offers uniform redundancy.
Ensuring a reliable power supply, diode modules decouple power supplies that are connected in parallel and a short circuit no longer affects the load. No matter whether it is at the output of one of the PSUs or in the supply line from the power supply unit to the diode.
A short circuit in the power supply unit output circuit or the supply lines to the diode module no longer affects the load. The system remains reliably supplied with power.
Easy decoupling of power supplies that are operated in parallel ensures a high level of availability.
