3M™ E-A-R™ Tracers™ Earplugs, 32 dB

The 3M™ E-A-R™ Tracers™ earplugs have a proven pre-moulded triple flange that is designed to fit most ear canals and offer substantial ear protection. These are made from a durable material and are easy to use again and again. The pre-moulded earplugs need no rolling down before fitting as they simply push into the ear canal for clean and comfortable noise reduction up to 32 dB. A key feature of these earplugs is they're metal detectable for food processing industries.

Comfort and Ease

The E-A-R™ Tracers™ earplugs consist of a triple flange design, which helps with providing low pressure inside the ear canal, therefore, creating comfort and wearability. The carrying cord allows you to carry the earplugs around your neck if you need to remove them for a break etc. They just connect to the stem of the earplug.

Metal Detectable

In the food manufacturing facility, preventing food contamination is a top priority. If a stray earplug made it into the food, the reputation of the company can be damaged. These metal detectable earplugs can help with preventing contamination in the likely case of an earplug accidentally getting into the food production. During the manufacturing process, the use of metal detecting machines that can test the product for metal and are sensitive to detect these earplugs.

FAQ's

Do earplugs come in different sizes?

There is no standard size for earplugs and most are one size fits all. However, some manufacturers have small, medium and large.

Can these earplugs be washed and/or reused?

Soft foam earplugs must be discarded once they are dirty. Disposable foam earplugs may not be washed or cleaned. Depending on the working environment and the employee's ear hygiene, these foam earplugs may need to be replaced at the end of the day or possibly a couple of times a day.
