VBP104 Series PIN Photodiodes
The VBP104S and VBP104SR series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are a family of silicon PIN photodiodes. They offer high speed and high sensitivity. The VBP104S and VBP104SR devices come in surface mount (SMD) packages containing a 4.4mm² chip. These PIN photodiodes are for detecting visible and near IR radiation.
